Martindale Consultants, Inc., an Oklahoma corporation, was formed in July 1982 to provide audit and accounting services to the oil and gas industry. We are not a public accounting firm and do not practice public accounting or certify financial statements. Our expertise and experience is concentrated in the upstream and midstream sides of our industry, primarily focusing on drilling, capital, and operating expense (joint interest), revenue and royalty distributions, and other audits, litigation support, and internal process reviews for oil and gas companies.
Martindale provides a team to conduct an entire project, an individual to participate in a project led by another company, or lead a project in conjunction with other participants. Martindale maintains a staff with varying levels of experience and expertise to provide clients with quality results at competitive rates.
